Blessings ॐ
Happiness, wellness and health to you!
We are posting about a Botanical and Herbal Cleansing Routine for all to explore, study and experience!
This is a simple guide to begin us on our healing pathways and we are all uniquely, variable beings; therefore, all constitutions and conditions of all bodily, emotional and etheric states should be processed and taken into consideration.
Please, reach out to us for more guidance, details or explanations on these practices.
We highlight a few plant medicines that we have experience with but, as always, there are many plants that have similar qualities or that grow in your area specifically that you work and meditate with.
We encourage you to work with the plants you may have near you or already work with in your home, work or practice space. There are many medicinal plants to ingest or work with for parasite cleansing and these are a few that we recommend.
Botanical and Herbal Parasite Cleansing:
For a botanical herbal parasite cleansing routine, we recommend Black Walnut (tincture internally), Clove (powder or ground yourself internally, probably in a vegetable capsule because it is strong and warming), Wormwood/Mugwort (tea internally). You can ingest those medicines together 2-3x a day on an empty stomach and start with small doses like:
1st day: 1 drop Black Walnut tincture, 1 Clove capsule, a weak brew of Mugwort/Wormwood tea
2nd day: 2 drops of Black Walnut tincture, 2 Clove capsules, a stronger than last days tea of Mugwort/Wormwood tea
3rd day: follow the slight dose increases from the above days (+1 and stronger tea brew)
We recommend those dose increases for a week or two, mainly listening to your body and how it feels and stopping medicines, staying with the same doses or continuing to slightly increasing doses by the day if you feel energized, harmonized and connected internally. The internal force, prana, chi or qi, should be unblocked and flowing.
If, for any reason, you feel ill or conditions worsen, stop taking the medicines for some time, research and contact a Facilitator or Professional to receive guidance for future botanical and herbal explorations, health and wellness.
You can eat as you want to, but we would suggest light meals and after the medicine to let the plants acclimate and adjust to your bodily systems without other food digestion processes.
We also recommend water fasting or mono fasting before, while or after taking those medicines and can go over many different routines or sequences to fit your dietary requirements.
Reach out to us to discuss your experiences or for more information. Looking forward to hearing from you and connecting with you!
Wishing all Mettā Karunā Muditā Upekkhā
